brucie cooke I've been following the career of singer-songwriter-guitarslinger Mark Harrell on stage at Park Theatre in Holland MI, his home town, for a couple of years, so I was eagerly anticipating the release of his debut album in December 2015. It blew me away. This studio recording captures an intimate presentation of musical stories from the heart of a friend. The album is superbly musical in finger-picking and strumming guitar style as well as melodic lyrics telling the heartfelt truth. Favorite track: Onward From Here.
